Avanade Belgium is seeking a Dynamics 365 Professional Services Solution Architect to join our Business Applications team. You will design, implement, and oversee ERP and CRM solutions using Dynamics 365, AI features, and Power Platform for clients in retail, public sector, financial services, and professional services.

You will own solution architecture, guide delivery, participate in presales, and mentor junior colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience in ERP/CRM implementations with Dynamics 365
• Strong stakeholder management and presales capabilities
• Ability to design scalable, robust architecture for enterprise solutions
• Experience with Power Platform and Copilot/AI features

Responsabilités

• Own the Solution Architecture from initial design through delivery and governance.
• Provide technical guidance to clients and project teams and ensure architectural best practices.
• Lead requirements gathering with stakeholders and support presales activities.
• Ensure ERP/CRM solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.
• Assist sales tracks in solution design, cost estimation, and staffing decisions.
• Keep current with Microsoft innovations and pursue certifications; contribute to knowledge sharing.
• Mentor junior colleagues in the Belgian Business Applications team.
