Avanade Belgium is hiring a Solution Developer to design and implement Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions that address our customers' business challenges, using C# and .NET to build custom plug-ins.

You will join a cross‑functional team across Sales, Marketing, Field Service and Customer Service, leveraging Power Platform, Copilot, PVA and related technologies to deliver integrated CRM solutions in an international context.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of CRM experience with complex projects.
• Experience working in project mode.
• In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365: configure, customize and develop CRM solutions.
• Strong software development skills to design, develop, test and deploy CRM solutions.
• Ability to analyze customer needs and propose innovative Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilités

• Analyze needs in functional specs to develop plugins in C# and .NET.
• Apply Scrum, Agile, and V-cycle methodologies in an international context.
• Support clients throughout projects using development skills.
• Assist Business Analysts in solution design.
