Job summary

Neev in Belgium is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Consultant to lead full-cycle D365 implementations for client industries. You will run workshops, design solutions, and coordinate with ERP/CRM teams on data migration and integrations.

The role requires deep D365 CS/FS expertise, Power Platform skills, and a willingness to travel on-site three days a week. You will mentor junior consultants and deliver post-go-live support.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of consulting experience delivering full-cycle Dynamics 365 implementations.
• Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Field Service modules.
• Proficiency with Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Hands-on experience with data migration, dual-write, and system integrations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process-mapping skills.
• Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Willingness to travel and work on-site at least three days per week.
• Immediate availability to join the project.
• Relevant certifications MB-230, MB-240, or PL-100 are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops and perform fit-gap analysis to produce functional design docs.
• Configure D365 Customer Service and Field Service out-of-the-box features such as work orders, service agreements, case management, and inventory workflows.
• Set up the schedule board, define skills and territories, and implement automated resource scheduling optimization (RSO).
• Support mobile app deployment for frontline technicians and integrate IoT alert triggers.
• Develop and execute UAT scripts, facilitate training sessions, and provide post-go-live support.
• Manage data migrations, dual-write configurations, and integrations with ERP/CRM systems.
• Collaborate with Power Platform teams to extend functionality using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Document process maps, functional specifications, and configuration guides.
• Provide client-facing communication, status reporting, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.
