Job summary

OneSource Consulting in Antwerp, Belgium, seeks a Senior Dynamics 365 Field Service Functional Consultant for a long-term hybrid assignment (50% onsite). You will drive end-to-end service processes, advise on standard solutions, and lead a global transformation toward standardized Dynamics practices.

You will work in a multi-country environment, collaborating with architects, SAP specialists and business stakeholders, while enabling global templates and scalable processes.

• For a long-term assignment in the Antwerp region, we are looking for a Senior Dynamics 365 Field Service Functional Consultant

Your impact

• For an international market leader, we are looking for a Senior Dynamics 365 Field Service Functional Consultant who will help lead a large-scale global transformation of Dynamics 365. The organization wants to evolve towards a more standardized Dynamics environment in which Microsoft best practices are central and unnecessary customizations are phased out.
• This is not a classic local implementation. You will work in a complex international environment with dozens of service and distribution organizations spread across multiple countries, languages and business units.

Your responsibilities

• As a Senior Dynamics 365 Field Service Functional Consultant, you are responsible for analyzing, designing and improving business processes within Dynamics 365.

You:

• Take ownership of end-to-end service processes within Dynamics 365 Field Service.
• Advises business stakeholders on the best solution within the standard Dynamics platform.
