Job summary

Rhox is seeking a senior functional consultant to standardise Dynamics 365 Field Service processes across international roll-outs. You will balance global standards with local needs while reducing unnecessary customization and driving efficient scheduling and work order design.

In this role you combine hands-on configuration with functional design, lead stakeholder discussions, and support workshops, testing, training and go-live across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in a functional Dynamics role.
• Strong Dynamics 365 Field Service and Customer Service experience.
• Experience with Dataverse and configuring model-driven apps.
• Knowledge of work orders, resource scheduling, dispatching.
• Experience in international multi-country Dynamics projects.
• Senior stakeholder management and defending standard solutions.
• Ability to own decisions and work independently.
• English and Dutch at C1.

What you bring

• At least five years in a functional role, with strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience.
• Deep Dynamics 365 Field Service expertise and Dynamics 365 Customer Service experience.
• Proven experience with Dataverse and configuration of model-driven applications.
• Knowledge of work orders, resource scheduling, dispatching and service operations.
• Experience with mobile Dynamics solutions for technicians.
• Strong business process understanding and functional analysis skills.
• Experience in international or multi-country Dynamics projects and large-scale international roll-outs.
• Experience in industrial service or manufacturing.
• Experience with complex service and distribution networks.
• Senior stakeholder management skills and the ability to defend standard solutions.
• The ability to take ownership and make independent decisions.
