Job summary

SBS is hiring a Dutch-speaking Junior Project Manager to support planning, coordination and follow-up of customer projects. You will progressively own project management activities under supervision, ensuring delivery within scope, budget and timeline, while growing your skills and driving customer satisfaction.

You will collaborate with delivery teams and stakeholders, contribute to risk and issue management, and help promote best practices in a multicultural fintech environment.

Qualifications

• First experience in project coordination or delivery support within software, banking or finance.
• Understanding of software delivery, implementation projects, or customer service.
• Awareness of risk, change and stakeholder management principles.
• Proficiency with reporting, indicators and status summaries.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination and follow-up of customer projects under guidance.
• Define scope, objectives and deliverables with guidance from a senior PM.
• Prepare and maintain project plans, timelines and meeting notes.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders and ensure clear communication.
• Assist budget follow-up, resource coordination and project documentation.
