Job summary

Enky is seeking an investor relations professional to manage day-to-day relationships with investors across Enky Invest and MomoAmo. You’ll onboard new leads, nurture existing investors, and handle end-to-end investor support while engaging with markets in France, the UK, and the Netherlands.

You should be fluent in French, English, and Dutch, comfortable discussing financial products on calls, and able to build trust quickly. The role reports to Thomas and works with Etienne as a mentor.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in a client-facing role in wealth management, private banking, insurance, fintech customer success, or B2B sales
• Fluent in French, English, and Dutch
• Comfortable discussing financial products on the phone
• Autonomous, organized, pipeline-driven
• Team-oriented; reporting to Thomas and learning from Etienne

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound onboarding calls with new leads—walk them through the product and convert interest into a first investment
• Manage and grow relationships with existing investors: check-ins, follow-ups, upsell into new opportunities
• Own investor support end-to-end for Enky Invest and MomoAmo — questions on positions, documents, process
• Work across France, the UK, and the Netherlands markets, adapting pitch and tone
• Feed investor feedback back to product/messaging
• Learn from Etienne and grow into more complex deals over time
