Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch and good command of English.
• Experience in customer support or similar role preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional support via chat, email, and phone to Dutch-speaking clients.
• Address questions and resolve customer concerns promptly.
• Guide players through gaming services to enhance their experience.

• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Relay customer feedback for service improvement.
