Next Job Abroad in Malta is seeking energetic, early-career professionals with call center experience to join one of Europe’s boldest iGaming giants on the sunny island of Malta.

You’ll be the frontline vibe manager for thousands of active players, handling live chat and email support, de-escalating issues, and collaborating with VIP, Payments and Risk teams to keep the platform running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in a customer service environment (call center, contact center, or BPO live chat).
• Native or near-native Dutch (C2) and strong written and spoken English.
• Ability to multitask, handle chat queues, and learn internal tools quickly.
• Willing to relocate to Malta and join an international expat culture.

Responsabilités

• Provide live chat and email support to players.
• De-escalate tricky situations and troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with VIP, Payments and Risk teams to keep the platform running smoothly.
• Maintain high energy, positivity and customer focus daily.
