Hawksworth in Antwerp is seeking a fluent Dutch-speaking AI Software Engineer to join a startup team as one of the founding engineers. You will work on building a best-in-class AI platform with modern stack, collaborating closely with the four co-founders.

The role requires hands-on experience with self-hosted models and AI workflows, and a drive to shape architecture and lay the groundwork for market-dominating capabilities.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in full-stack development.
• Proficiency with TypeScript, React, Node.js and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with distributed systems or message brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka).
• Experience with AI workflows, LLMs or self-hosted models.
