HumanitApp is seeking PhD-level scientists based in Belgium to help make advanced AI models safer. You will work in Belgian Dutch and English to craft prompts and evaluate model outputs across chemistry, biology, and related fields.

The role emphasizes rigorous scientific judgment, ethical handling of dual-use information, and collaboration with the evaluation team. Training will be provided, and the Belgian Dutch variety is required.

Qualifications

• PhD in chemistry, biology, or closely related field.
• Depth to write prompts across chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear topics.
• Native or near-native fluency in Dutch (Belgian) and business-level English.

Responsabilités

• Write expert-level prompts in Belgian Dutch across specialized scientific topics.
• Evaluate and annotate model responses for scientific accuracy, helpfulness, and safety.
• Apply structured guidelines to classify prompts and conversations.
