Obsidian seeks bilingual speakers in Belgium to help make advanced AI models safer. You’ll apply language fluency and cultural judgment to evaluate how Belgian Dutch is handled by the models on sensitive topics. No prior AI/ML experience is required—we will train you on the workflow.

We hire for candidates who are based in Belgium with strong written English and native Dutch (Belgian) fluency. Start date is immediate and a bachelor’s degree is expected or in progress.

About the role

What you'll do

What we're looking for

• Native or near-native fluency in Dutch as spoken in Belgium, plus business-level written English.
• Currently based in Belgium. This role covers the Belgian variety of Dutch specifically; a separate role covers Netherlands Dutch.
• A bachelor's degree, completed or in progress.
• Strong written reasoning and a high level of attention to detail.
• Sound judgment around sensitive and dual-use information.

Nice to have

• Experience reviewing, grading, or red-teaming written or technical content.
• Background in trust and safety, content moderation, policy evaluation, or adversarial testing.
