Hawksworth in Antwerp is seeking an AI Software Engineer who is fluent in Dutch to join as a founding member of an AI-native startup. You will work on self-hosted models, distributed systems, and a clean architecture while collaborating with the four co-founders.

• 6+ years in full-stack development.
• Hands-on experience with modern JS/TS tooling and frontend/backend.
• Experience with distributed messaging systems and AI workflows.
• Fluent Dutch speaking.

Experience needed....

• 6+ years in full-stack development
