Hawksworth in Antwerp is seeking an AI Software Engineer fluent in Dutch to join a hands-on founding team. You will contribute to a self-hosted, AI-native platform with a modern stack including TypeScript, React, Node.js and PostgreSQL.

This hybrid role requires 3 on-site days per week, close collaboration with the four co-founders, and building a scalable system from the ground up as a key early engineer.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in full-stack development.
• TypeScript, modern React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.
• Distributed systems or message brokers (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka).
• AI workflows, LLMs, or self-hosted models.
• Fluent Dutch speaking.
