Next Job Abroad is assisting a Malta-based iGaming client in hiring a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialist. This hands-on role involves managing customer cases from start to finish across phone, chat, and email, while collaborating with Payments, Fraud, and Compliance teams.

You will handle KYC verification, security checks, and query resolution, delivering an excellent customer experience. A hybrid setup with relocation support is offered, including remote days.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
• Previous customer service experience is required.
• Structured and analytical thinking.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes, with attention to detail.
• EU passport or right to work in Malta; visa sponsorship not available.

About The Role

Our client is looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join their growing iGaming team in Malta. You'll become an expert in sportsbook and online casino products while supporting customers via phone, chat, and email. This is a hands‑on role where you'll take ownership of customer cases from start to finish while working closely with teams across Payments, Fraud, and Compliance.

Working Hours

• Shift-based schedule, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Hybrid working model
• Up to 40 days per year working fully remotely

Your Daily Tasks Will Include:

• Supporting customers via phone, live chat, and email
• Resolving payment and withdrawal enquiries
• Processing KYC documentation and customer verification
• Performing security checks on customer accounts and transactions
• Working closely with the Payments, Fraud, and Compliance teams
• Analysing customer trends and identifying process improvements

Requirements

What You Need:
