Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to Flemish-speaking clients via chat, email, and phone

• Collaborate with team members to uphold the highest service standards
• Record customer interactions and maintain accurate logs in our CRM system
• Collect customer feedback and communicate insights for continuous improvement

Requirements

• Fluency in Flemish and a strong command of English; knowledge of other languages is an asset
• Experience in customer service or a related environment is preferred
