• Provide exceptional customer service to Dutch‑speaking players via live chat, email, and phone
• Assist with inquiries regarding gaming accounts, promotions, and technical issues
• Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and effectively
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a high‑quality gaming experience for our players
• Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English; additional language skills are a plus
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the iGaming or online gaming industry
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
• Problem‑solving skills and a customer‑focused attitude
• Familiarity with customer support software and basic technical troubleshooting
• Willingness to relocate to Malta and embrace a new cultural experience
