Next Job Abroad is recruiting Dutch-speaking Customer Support Advisors for our client in Alicante. You will assist Dutch-speaking customers about mobile, internet, TV and home services, focusing on solving problems and delivering friendly, professional support.

The role includes paid training, a 39-hour week, a permanent Spanish contract, and a potential hybrid model after onboarding. Relocation assistance is offered, and the company supports moving to Spain and settling in a multicultural team.

Qualifications

• Native-level Dutch (C2)
• English skills at B1 level or above
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Confident and customer-focused approach
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
• Positive attitude and practical problem-solving skills
• EU passport or legal right to work in Spain

Responsibilities

• Assisting customers by phone in Dutch
• Answering questions about mobile, broadband and TV services
• Troubleshooting issues and guiding customers towards solutions
• Providing clear, friendly and professional support
• Recommending relevant products or services when appropriate
• Working with colleagues in an international team
