Next Job Abroad is seeking a Dutch-speaking customer advisor to support Dutch customers with connectivity issues and product setup from Alicante. You will handle calls, chats, and emails, helping users activate services and resolve problems while maintaining customer profiles.

A friendly voice and proactive attitude are essential. Initial onboarding covers on-site training with a shift pattern that blends in-office presence and remote work up to 2-3 days weekly.

Qualifications

• Dutch fluency at C2 or native level is required.
• Conversational English at B1 or higher is required.
• Warm, engaging phone presence and proactive attitude are essential.
• Ability to navigate standard software interfaces and learn new tools.

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound Dutch customer inquiries via calls, live chats, and emails.
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues and activate services for customers.
• Suggest product updates and promotions; participate in training.
• Maintain accurate customer records to support the service pipeline.

Connaissances

Dutch fluency (native/C2)

English speaking (B1+)

Strong phone/voice presence

Computer literacy
