Job summary

Next Job Abroad is hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Support Advisors for our client in Alicante. You will assist Dutch-speaking customers with questions about mobile services, internet, television and home products, delivering friendly, efficient support.

Paid training, a permanent Spanish contract, and relocation options are provided; a hybrid model may be available after onboarding. Start dates are in November, with a 39-hour week and a potential to grow within an international team.

Qualifications

• Native-level Dutch (C2).
• English skills at B1 level or above.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Customer-focused and problem-solving mindset.
• Comfortable with computers and learning new systems.
• EU passport or right to work in Spain.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by phone in Dutch.
• Answer questions about mobile, broadband and TV services.
• Troubleshoot issues and guide customers toward solutions.
• Provide clear, friendly and professional support.
• Recommend relevant products or services when appropriate.
• Work with colleagues in an international team.
