Job summary

Next Job Abroad is recruiting Dutch-speaking Customer Support Advisors for our client in Alicante. If you're seeking to work abroad with an international team, this is your chance to relocate to sunny Spain.

You'll handle Dutch-speaking customer questions about mobile, broadband and TV services, with paid training and a permanent Spanish contract. A hybrid model may be available after onboarding, with HR support for moving.

Qualifications

• Native-level Dutch (C2) required.
• English at B1 level or above.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• EU passport or legal right to work in Spain.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage, but willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assisting customers by phone in Dutch
• Answering questions about mobile, broadband and TV services
• Troubleshooting issues and guiding customers towards solutions
• Providing clear, friendly and professional support
• Recommending relevant products or services when appropriate
• Working with colleagues in an international team
