Job summary

Next Job Abroad is recruiting Dutch-speaking Customer Support Advisors for our client in Alicante. You’ll handle Dutch-language customer inquiries about mobile, internet and TV services, aiming to resolve issues with helpful guidance and a positive attitude.

Paid training is provided, with a permanent Spanish contract and a potential hybrid model after onboarding. A relocation package and career development opportunities are included to support your move to Spain.

Qualifications

• Native-level Dutch (C2).
• English skills at B1 level or above.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• EU passport or the legal right to work in Spain.

Responsibilities

• Assisting customers by phone in Dutch.
• Answering questions about mobile, broadband and TV services.
• Troubleshooting issues and guiding customers towards solutions.
• Providing clear, friendly and professional support.
• Recommending relevant products or services when appropriate.
• Working with colleagues in an international team.
