Next Job Abroad is seeking Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join an international team in Greece. You will support customers for a leading global automotive group behind brands such as Alfa Romeo, Chrysler, Citroën, Fiat, Jeep, Maserati, Opel, and Peugeot.

You’ll help customers understand vehicle features, assist with connected services, and resolve technical issues, delivering a positive customer experience with professional, friendly service.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch and excellent communication skills.
• Good English language skills.
• Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or a customer-facing role is an advantage.
• Comfortable working with computers and multiple systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Positive, customer-focused attitude.

Responsabilités

• Provide support via phone and email.
• Assist customers with vehicle-related questions and product information.
• Help customers with order updates and service enquiries.
• Support users with connected vehicle services and infotainment systems.
• Investigate issues and find solutions using internal tools.
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction.
