Next Job Abroad is seeking a Dutch-speaking customer support professional to join our international team in Greece. You will handle written inquiries via Email and Chat, assist with order tracking and exchanges, and use CRM platforms and multiple internal systems to provide fast, high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Native or C1-level Dutch + solid English (B2) for training and navigation.
• Strong written communication in Dutch and good typing speed.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and learn new systems.

Responsabilités

• Handle customer inquiries via Email and Chat (and some phone support).
• Assist shoppers with order tracking, delivery updates, damages, and exchanges.
• Work with standard CRM platforms and 3–5 internal systems to deliver fast, top-tier service.
