Job summary

Deliveroo is seeking a Dutch-speaking Business Development Associate to drive growth in Belgium. You will identify and onboard restaurant and food partners across Antwerp, Bruges and Ghent, building a robust partner network.

You’ll lead outreach, present Deliveroo’s value, negotiate terms, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle with support from onboarding and account management teams. A car allowance is part of the benefits.

Qualifications

• Native Dutch speaker required.
• Fluent English is required.
• French proficiency is a strong plus.
• Sales experience is advantageous.
• Passion for food and the restaurant/grocery industry.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential restaurant and food partners in Belgium.
• Reach out via phone, email, and in-person meetings to introduce Deliveroo.
• Present Deliveroo's value proposition clearly to partners.
• Manage full sales cycle from contact to onboarding.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
• Negotiate partnership terms to meet mutual goals.
• Collaborate with Onboarding and Account Management teams.
• Stay updated on market trends and local F&B landscape.
• Meet and exceed new partner acquisition targets.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of activities.
