Uber Eats in Belgium is seeking an Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of local restaurants in Flanders, driving long-term growth and profitability with tailored growth recommendations.

You will collaborate with restaurant partners, leverage data-driven insights to optimize performance, and upsell Uber products, with a Brussels-based presence once per week and regional flexibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a client-facing account management, consulting, or relevant commercial role.
• Fluent in Dutch, professional proficiency in English.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to articulate value in partnerships and remove obstacles.

Responsabilités

• Build and grow long-term partnerships with restaurant partners.
• Manage partner portfolios using data-driven insights to track KPIs and optimize performance.
• Resolve merchant issues and unblock growth to maintain high partner satisfaction.
• Influence adoption of new features, marketing products, and services based on market needs.
• Collaborate across operations, marketing, and product teams to share local market knowledge and shape regional strategies.
