• Provide detailed and quality responses via email, phone or chat to customers.
• Register, monitor and resolve customer requests and platform problems.
• Evaluate whether to respond directly or escalate to another service.
• Meet individual and KPI targets set by management.
• Pre-analyze and report technical issues following incident management procedures.
• Support is provided across 24-hour shifts by various teams.
