You’ll engage Belgian and Dutch customers, handling inquiries via email and chat while training with English guidance. Relocation support is provided along with travel and accommodation assistance.

You will work with CRM platforms and multiple internal systems to maintain a smooth shopping experience, delivering professional service in a multicultural setting.

Qualifications

• Native Dutch or C1-level Dutch; solid conversational English (B2) for training.

Responsabilités

• Provide digital customer support via email and chat with some phone contact.
• Assist customers with order tracking, delivery updates, damaged items, and exchanges.
• Use standard CRM platforms and multiple internal systems to deliver fast, high-quality service.
