Next Job Abroad is seeking a Dutch-speaking customer support professional to join our international team in sunny Greece. You will be the voice and digital contact for customers across Belgium and the Netherlands, ensuring a smooth shopping experience.

You will handle inquiries via email and chat, with some phone support, and assist with order tracking, delivery updates, and exchanges. Relocation is supported, including flight costs and housing assistance.

Qualifications

• Dutch language proficiency with strong written communication in Dutch.
• English at least B2 level for training and navigation of systems.
• Experience in customer service or sales is a bonus, attitude matters.
