Next Job Abroad is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to be the Dutch-speaking voice for global brands across Europe. You will handle inquiries via phone, chat, and email, delivering empathetic service and practical solutions.

Qualifications

Fluency in Dutch at native or advanced level (C1/C2).
Good English knowledge (minimum B2) to navigate systems and communicate with the team.

Willingness to relocate to Greece in the coming weeks.
EU passport or valid Greece work permit required.
Minimum age 18 years.

Responsibilities

Be the voice and face of global brands for Dutch-speaking customers across Europe.
Assist customers via phone, live chat, and email with inquiries on products, orders, bookings, or account support.
Deliver clear, empathetic, and friendly service to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide users through setups and account features.
Collaborate with international colleagues and stay updated on brand features and tools.
