BlueView Talent is seeking a Customer Specialist to join its dynamic international team in Antwerp to deliver outstanding customer experiences across multiple channels.

You will be the first point of contact, handling inquiries about orders, accounts, products, and services, while ensuring solutions are clear and timely. This role requires Dutch and English proficiency, a proactive mindset, and a passion for travel.

Qualifications

• Language: Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2) required.
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card.
• Skills: strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities.
• Mindset: proactive, detail-oriented, eager to learn in Travel field.

Responsabilités

• Provide professional support via phone, email, chat, and other channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to orders, accounts, products, and services.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate, clear information.
• Record interactions and resolutions in internal systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Identify recurring concerns and feedback for process improvements.
