Next Job Abroad is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Consultant to help users of popular apps, wallets, and streaming services. The role is international with relocation to Sofia, Bulgaria, and involves friendly, non-technical troubleshooting by chat, email, and phone.

You will join a sociable, supportive team, enjoy a structured 10:00-19:00 Monday–Friday schedule, and receive a €1500 relocation bonus plus three weeks of hotel stay and four weeks of paid training to get you settled.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch and good English language skills.
• People-oriented with knack for quick problem solving.
• Comfort with chat, email and phone tools.
• Willing to relocate to Sofia for at least 1 year.

Responsabilités

• Assist users via chat, email, and phone with non-technical issues.
• Unblock accounts, fix subscription problems, and manage digital wallets.
• Maintain friendly, helpful, and solution-focused support.
• Follow the 10:00–19:00 schedule, Monday–Friday.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Helping users via chat, email, and phone with everyday, non-technical troubleshooting (think: unblocking accounts, fixing subscription issues, sorting out digital wallets).
• Keeping it friendly, helpful, and solution-oriented.
• The Shift Schedule: 10:00 - 19:00 (Monday to Friday only—weekends are 100% yours!).

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch + solid professional English skills.
• A naturally helpful personality—you like talking to people and sorting out quick puzzles.
• Good computer skills (if you can manage live chats, emails, and phone tools smoothly, you're set).
• Ready to move abroad, experience a new culture, and commit for at least 1 year.
• Valid EU work rights (EU Passport)
