You will coordinate DP tech transfer, support site readiness, and drive cost of goods improvements while aligning with cross-functional teams; travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s or equivalent degree (required).
• MS or PhD preferred.
• 6+ years of relevant work experience in pharma R&D and/or Manufacturing / MSAT functions.
• Experience with technical transfer of biopharmaceutical products into manufacturing sites.
• Knowledge of GMP requirements.
• Experience with document management systems such as RIMdocs, TruVault, SAP, MS Office, Comet, and Planisware.
• PM certification like FPX or PMP preferred.
• Proficient in English (required).
• Up to 20% domestic and international travel, depending on project needs.

Aufgaben

• Technical and manufacturing integration of new and re-developed drug products from R&D into the supply chain.
• Review and approval of drug product technical and regulatory documents; provide routine technical support.
• Act as single point of contact for supply plant readiness and launch support between Development and Commercial supply chain.
• Identify opportunities to reduce Cost of Goods and improve process robustness and commercialization.
• Develop the manufacturing site execution plan per product and align with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate product introduction at the site from transfer through launch (raw materials, formula, packaging, device integration).
• Accelerate NPI timelines and streamline the transfer process.
