Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering, Sciences, Technology, or equivalent.
• 10+ years of relevant working experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical/manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of aseptic manufacturing and new technology/product introductions.
• Proven experience leading virtual and cross-functional teams in a complex environment.
• Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to connect technical, operational, and leadership audiences.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end leadership for assigned programs with defined timelines and funding.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, MSAT, Quality, EH&S, Operations, and Supply Chain.
• Engage stakeholders and communicate progress to support decision-making.
• Align global and site priorities and manage integrated program plans.
• Plan resources across workstreams and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead change management and organizational readiness activities.
