360Pharma seeks a Technical Launch Integrator (TLI) responsible for ensuring fit for plant and commercial readiness during technology development and product transfer into the supply chain. You will manage site-to-site transfers, BPAL initiatives, and DDP/NPI processes to accelerate timelines and ensure quality and compliance.

The role requires 6+ years in pharma product R&D or manufacturing, strong GMP knowledge, and proficiency in DP transfer activities, with up to 20% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; MS/PhD preferred.
• At least 6 years of pharma product R&D or Manufacturing/MSAT.
• Experience with DP tech transfer into manufacturing sites.
• Knowledge of GMP and DP late-stage development preferred.
• Experience with document management systems (RIMdocs, TruVault, SAP, Planisware).
• Project management certification preferred (FPX, PMP).
• Proficient in English; up to 20% travel.
• Ability to work in matrix teams.

Responsabilités

• Ensure site readiness and launch support between Development and Commercial supply chains.
• Develop site execution plan per product and coordinate product introduction.
• Optimize NPI, leverage technology platforms to accelerate timelines.
