Job summary

Neurho Solutions is seeking an Infrastructure and DevOps Expert to design, implement, and operate secure, scalable ICT platforms in Belgium. You will configure and manage container platforms, automate infrastructure with IaC, and build automated deployment pipelines across environments.

You will enhance monitoring and logging, ensure high availability, and support development and ops teams in maturing DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of ICT experience or equivalent in relevant technologies.
• Dutch language proficiency at C2 level.
• Experience with container platforms and IaC.
• Experience with automation of configuration management and CI/CD pipelines.

Job description

We are looking for an Infrastructure and DevOps Expert to build and improve secure, scalable and highly available ICT platforms. The mission focuses on container infrastructure, automation and reliable deployments across environments.

Your role

• Set up and manage container platforms.
• Automate infrastructure and configuration using Infrastructure as Code.
• Build and improve automated deployment pipelines.
• Improve monitoring, logging and operational reliability.
• Support development and operations teams with complex technical problems and help them develop their DevOps practices.

You have

• Experience in infrastructure automation.
• Experience in automated configuration management.
• Experience in automating operational processes.
• Experience with Docker for managing and deploying applications.
• Experience with Nomad for managing and deploying applications.
• Experience with Kubernetes for managing and deploying applications.
• Experience in managing and deploying infrastructure with Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience in managing, configuring and optimising Linux server environments.
• Experience in setting up and managing automated CI/CD pipelines for builds, tests and deployments.
• Experience with high-availability infrastructure.
• Experience with load balancing.
• Experience with clustering.
• Experience in resolving complex infrastructure problems.
• At least eight years of experience with the relevant ICT technologies or similar technologies.
• Dutch at C2 level.

A plus

• Experience with Terraform for infrastructure management and deployment.
• Experience with GitLab CI/CD.
• Experience in complex ICT projects in a public-sector, police or other business-critical context.
• Experience coaching technical teams.
• Experience improving DevOps processes and practices.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Loki and the Elastic Stack.
• Experience with automated configuration management tools such as Puppet or Ansible.
• Knowledge of network architecture.
• Knowledge of firewalls.
• Knowledge of TLS/SSL.
• Knowledge of reverse proxies.
• Knowledge of infrastructure security.
• A technical or engineering bachelor's degree or master's degree, or equivalent experience with the relevant ICT technologies.
