Job summary

Neurho Solutions is seeking an Expert Product Owner to guide the strategy and delivery of digital products. You will connect business needs, users and technical teams, prioritising the backlog and directing multiple Scrum teams in an Agile environment.

You will develop and maintain the product vision, roadmaps and ensure secure, high-quality releases across web and mobile platforms. Dutch at C2 level is required, and experience with Cross-platform tech is essential.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated React experience for cross‑platform web and mobile tech.
• Proven Docker experience for 5+ years.
• 5+ years OpenShift experience.
• 8+ years shaping product vision and strategy.
• 8+ years building and maintaining product roadmaps.
• Experience organizing penetration tests.
• Product Owner/Manager Agile certificate.
• Dutch at C2 level.

Responsibilities

Your role

• Develop and maintain the product vision, strategy and roadmap.
• Translate user and stakeholder needs into requirements and user stories, and prioritise the product backlog.
• Coach and guide one or more Scrum teams and organise sprints, reviews and retrospectives with them.
• Monitor the quality of products and releases, including security, architecture and performance aspects.
• Coordinate collaboration between internal and external partners.
• Report on progress, scope and budget to management and stakeholders.

You have

• Demonstrable experience with React for cross-platform web and mobile technology.
• Demonstrable experience with Umbraco CMS for cross-platform web and mobile technology.
• At least five years of demonstrable experience with Docker.
• At least five years of demonstrable experience with OpenShift.
• At least eight years of demonstrable experience developing and maintaining product vision and strategy.
• At least eight years of demonstrable experience developing and maintaining product roadmaps.
• Demonstrable experience organising penetration tests.
• A certificate for Product Owner or Product Manager training in an Agile development methodology.
• Dutch at C2 level.

A plus

• A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or marketing, or equivalent experience.
• At least ten years of experience in digital projects.
• Several years of experience as a Product Owner, Scrum Master or Delivery Manager.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies.
