Jobat in Belgium is seeking a Documentation Specialist for the Antwerp branch to support international shipments. You will prepare and process transport documents, Bills of Lading, COO, and insurance certificates, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

You will collaborate with customers, carriers and internal teams to maintain smooth documentation flow, work precisely under time pressure, and deliver excellent service.

You'll be joining a leading logistics company with global operations and a market leader in their field. They handle both road/air and ocean freight and are currently looking for a documentation specialist for their Antwerp branch.

Are you detail-oriented and passionate about international logistics? As a Documentation Specialist, you ensure that all transport documents are prepared, processed, and managed accurately and on time. You work closely with customers, carriers, and internal teams to support the smooth flow of international shipments. Thanks to your precision and structured approach, logistics operations run efficiently without documentation issues.

• You are responsible for preparing shipping documentation, Bills of Lading, COO, Insurance certificates, etc.;


• You check documents and ensure accurate administration;


• You maintain contacts with shipping agencies, the internal network, carriers, and customers;


• You provide excellent customer service and follow-up;


• You work very accurately and are used to working under time pressure.
