You will collaborate with customers, carriers and internal teams to maintain smooth documentation flow, work precisely under time pressure, and deliver excellent service.

• Preparing shipping documentation, Bills of Lading, COO, Insurance certificates, etc.
• Checking documents and ensuring accurate administration
• Maintaining contacts with shipping agencies, internal network, carriers and customers
• Providing excellent customer service and follow-up
• Working accurately under time pressure
