Boston Consulting Group in Brussels is seeking a Senior Associate to join our Brussels office. You will work with leading minds to identify and implement solutions for client challenges, contributing to high-impact transformations across industries.

You’ll be supported by mentors and knowledge teams, with opportunities for career development and exposure to top management discussions. English and local language plus collaboration in diverse teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required; with either an advanced degree or at least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong analytical skills for quantitative problem-solving, paired with high attention to detail.
• Critical thinking skills to evaluate information, make informed decisions, and develop innovative solutions.
• Comfortable working in dynamic environments with different projects for you to work on.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local language(s) – Dutch or/and French.
• Ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams and adapt to changing environments.
