EY-Parthenon Belgium is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Operations Transformation across industries. You will drive strategy and transformation initiatives, manage complex engagements, and mentor cross-functional teams while delivering tangible client value.

The role offers exposure to senior client conversations, growth opportunities within a global firm, and a chance to shape operational excellence for leading clients in Western Europe.

Qualifikationen

• 6-7 years working experience in a strategy advisory company and/or in a corporate strategy department.
• Master’s degree in civil, bio- or business engineering or economics; MBA an asset.
• Experience with project management in the field of supply chain and operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to shape business agenda and define strategic roadmaps.
• Experience managing complex business projects with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration and coaching abilities.
• Fluent in English, Dutch and/or French.

Aufgaben

• Lead development and execution of EY-Parthenon strategy and transformation services.
• Contribute to business development through client meetings and proposals.
• Manage projects, coordinate multiple engagements, and motivate teams.
• Supervise and mentor staff across project contexts.
• Deliver high client satisfaction and drive repeat engagements.
• Identify opportunities, risks, and propose resolutions.
• Apply operations and supply chain expertise to client projects across Western Europe.
