BEA Sensors is seeking a strategic leader to strengthen its product development organization as Head of Technical Project Leaders. You will guide a team of Technical Project Leaders who act as the technical architects of BEA’s portfolio, ensuring innovation, quality, predictability and strategic impact.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering, Management Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience leading technical teams in a tech-driven environment.
• Proven ability to influence and align stakeholders across functions.
• Professional proficiency in English and French.

• Lead, coach and grow the Technical Project Leaders team.
• Align technical execution with business priorities and market needs.
• Shape the technical architecture of BEA’s product portfolio.
