IBA Worldwide in Louvain-la-Neuve seeks a Technical Project Coordinator to drive product evolution within Radiopharma Solutions. You will coordinate lifecycle activities, ensure alignment between business needs, technical constraints and regulatory requirements, and maintain full traceability across tools.

In this role you will lead Change Management, facilitate discussions between Product Management, Engineering, Industrialization, QA and RA, and monitor progress with JIRA, SAP and Polarion,

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in project coordination or product lifecycle management.
• Experience with multidisciplinary technical projects and change management.
• Fluent in English; French is a strong asset; willing to work on-site twice weekly.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate evolution of Radiopharma products across their lifecycle.
• Lead Change Management activities and Change Control Board discussions.
• Ensure collaboration between Product Management, Engineering, QA and RA teams.
• Maintain traceability in Polarion and monitor actions in JIRA/SAP.
