BEA Sensors seeks a strategic Head of Technical Project Leaders to guide a team of technical architects and ensure the portfolio delivers innovation, quality and measurable impact. You will lead cross-functional collaboration to align architecture with business needs and drive execution excellence across complex product development programs.

You will coordinate with Product Management, Project Management, Product Design, Research, Operations, Industrialisation, Compliance and IP teams to promote

Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in technical teams.
• Strong background in product development and project management; able to challenge technical decisions.
• Experience leading technical teams in a technology-driven environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach and grow the Technical Project Leaders team, fostering ownership and accountability.
• Align technical execution with business priorities and market needs with cross-functional collaboration.
• Shape the technical architecture of BEA’s product portfolio and promote platform reuse and modularity.
• Drive execution excellence across product development projects balancing innovation, quality, timing, cost and value.
• Act as a key partner in technical governance and visible risk management.
• Support portfolio prioritisation and capacity planning to inform resource allocation and investment decisions.
• Champion continuous improvement by harmonising tools, standards and ways of working.
• Promote quality, compliance, sustainability, safety and security in development practices.
