Job summary

Philip Morris International is seeking a Director Global Warehousing Strategy to define and govern the company’s worldwide warehousing vision, operating model, standards, and technology roadmap across 400+ warehouses.

You will lead transformation, WMS strategies, cost improvements, and collaboration with Procurement, Tech, Finance, Quality, and regional teams in a fast-paced, international setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred.
• Extensive warehousing, logistics, and transformation leadership experience.
• Proven track record building global warehousing strategies.
• Strong WMS, automation, and digital tech experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute global warehousing strategy and roadmap.
• Establish standards, governance, and operating procedures.
• Design operating models across Factory, OCS, Leaf, and 3PL networks.
• Lead warehouse digitalization and WMS strategy.
• Develop KPIs, cost-reduction, and service excellence programs.
