Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent through extensive professional experience.
• Proven experience in a global or matrixed packaging, logistics or supply chain environment.
• Knowledge of supplier integration and industrial packaging automation.
• Fluent knowledge of English, Dutch is a plus.
• Strong analytical capabilities and data-driven decision making.
• A track record in cross-functional stakeholder management and change management.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Global Packaging CoE and set global packaging standards.
• Act as central decision-maker for packaging standards, quality benchmarks and guidelines.
• Oversee implementation of packaging standards across the organization.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce material usage and environmental impact.
• Optimize Total Cost of Ownership and lead procurement partnerships.
• Translate brand principles into concrete packaging requirements.
• Safeguard identical packaging across brands worldwide.
• Monitor international packaging regulations and translate into policy.
• Define and monitor KPIs for packaging costs and material usage.
• Prepare business cases showing financial impact of packaging decisions.
