Job summary

DP World Belgium is seeking a Strategic PMO to turn strategy into action across our Contract Logistics network in Europe. You will lead and coordinate strategic programs and complex projects, driving transformation, operational improvement and long‑term growth with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams across several countries.

You will develop roadmaps, manage risks and dependencies, and govern programs to deliver measurable business impact on time.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering medium to large-scale projects or transformation initiatives in complex organisations.
• Ability to build trust and collaborate with diverse stakeholders across functions, countries and leadership levels.
• Strong project management, planning, risk management and problem-solving skills to navigate complexity and drive results.
• Familiarity with PM methodologies and tools such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, MS Project, Jira, Monday.com or similar approaches.

As a Strategic PMO, you will play a pivotal role in turning strategy into action across our Contract Logistics business in Europe. As part of the Operational Excellence team, you will lead and coordinate strategic programs and complex projects that drive business transformation, operational improvement, and long-term growth. Working with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders across multiple countries, you will help ensure strategic initiatives are delivered successfully, on time, and with measurable business impact. From large-scale transformation programs to greenfield site developments and other key strategic initiatives, your work will help shape the future of Contract Logistics.

How You Will Contribute

• Lead the planning, execution, governance, and successful delivery of strategic projects and programs across Contract Logistics.


• Develop and manage project roadmaps, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.


• Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to align priorities and ensure strategic objectives are translated into actionable plans.


• Facilitate project governance structures, steering committees, and project review meetings to support effective decision-making.


• Monitor program progress, identify risks and issues, and proactively drive solutions that support successful outcomes.


• Coordinate activities across multiple workstreams to ensure alignment, collaboration, and efficient execution.


• Drive continuous improvement of project management methodologies, tools, reporting standards, and governance practices.


• Capture lessons learned and share best practices to strengthen future strategic programs and initiatives.


• Build strong relationships across Operations, Commercial, HR, IT, Finance, Procurement, and other business functions to enable successful delivery.


• Support transformational initiatives, including growth projects, operational excellence programs, and new business developments.
