Job summary

IQVIA Belgium seeks a Director, Clinical FSP Go to Market/TSL to lead the go-to-market strategy for FSP solutions across regions and translate capabilities into compelling client narratives.

This role partners with Sales, BD and Operations to design differentiated, feasible delivery models, drive early engagement, support RFIs and RFPs, and grow FSP-based services while maintaining strategic client relationships.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in clinical research, clinical operations, FSP, outsourcing or drug development.
• Experience translating capabilities into customer value propositions.
• RFIs, RFPs, proposals and bid defense experience.

Responsibilities

• Translate FSP strategy into compelling client-facing positioning and narratives.
• Collaborate with Sales, BD, and Operations to shape opportunities from discovery to bid defense.
• Provide SME guidance on FSP delivery models and pricing logic.
• Create reusable materials and messaging for Sales enablement.
• Lead early engagement through discovery discussions and workshops.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver feasible, differentiated solutions.
