Job summary

Flen Health SA is seeking a Medical & Clinical Affairs Director to shape global medical and clinical strategy, operations, and cross-functional market success. Based in Kontich, Belgium, you will define the evidence roadmap to support MDR submissions and ensure medical initiatives align with commercial objectives.

You will lead a global team, manage PMCF and RWE programs, and drive relations with KOLs and regulatory bodies to maximize market impact and business growth.

Qualifications

• Advanced scientific or clinical degree required.
• 10+ years in Clinical/Medical Affairs within medical devices/healthcare.
• Experience in skin care or wound care and MDR clinical compliance.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the medical and clinical evidence strategy across the portfolio.
• Oversee clinical investigations, PMCF, RWE, and regulatory submissions support.
• Direct the Medical Affairs function and align with commercial strategy.
