Accenture Belgium is seeking a Salesforce Delivery Lead to orchestrate end-to-end project delivery for large-scale Salesforce transformations. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure quality outcomes, employing a structured, proactive approach to manage complexity.

You will lead full delivery lifecycle, guide onshore and offshore teams, manage budgets, and contribute to pre-sales and scoping. Travel to client sites may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required (relevant field).
• 7+ years in project delivery or consulting, technology/CRM context preferred.
• Delivery Lead/PM experience on large-scale transformations (2–3+ years).
• Experience across full-lifecycle implementations; Salesforce exposure a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; fluent in English and French or Dutch.

Your job

As a Salesforce Delivery Lead, you take a central role in orchestrating end-to-end project delivery and help clients navigate the complexity of large-scale Salesforce transformations. You are equally comfortable providing strategic guidance to C-level stakeholders and rolling up your sleeves with delivery teams to ensure quality outcomes. Your energy, structure, and people skills inspire those around you to perform at their best.

You will:

• Lead and manage the full delivery lifecycle of Salesforce projects, from planning through go-live and hypercare
• Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, managing expectations and driving alignment
• Oversee onshore and offshore teams, ensuring coherent collaboration and timely delivery
• Manage project financials: budgets, forecasts, risk and issue logs
• Contribute to pre-sales and business development activities, including proposals and scope definition
• Champion delivery excellence and continuous improvement within the team
• Participate in internal initiatives to grow our Salesforce community and strengthen our delivery model

Your background

• Master's degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in project delivery or consulting, ideally in a technology or CRM context
• At least 2–3 years in a Delivery Lead or Project Manager role on large-scale transformation programs
• Experience across multiple full-lifecycle implementations; exposure to Salesforce is a strong plus
• Familiarity with delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, hybrid)
• Strong communication and leadership skills, both written and verbal
• Fluent in French or Dutch and English
• Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites
